Los Angeles, California 3 contributions. Rude costumer service, don't believe what they tell you. We book a room. When we checked in it asked us if we wanted an upgrade.
I said yes. The room we ended up in was not the upgrade room I had asked for. So I called guest services and said why am I being charged for the upgrade but did not get the room.
They assured me I was not being charged for the upgrade. However, on check out I was charged for that upgrade.
They were just rude when I tried to correct this at checkout. Plus the only hotel that seemed not to check temps or inforce social distancing.
Date of stay: January Value. Holly K wrote a review 1 Jan. Avoid at all costs. I would never normally write a review, but we stayed here 2 nights to break up a drive to California from Utah.
When we left the first time, we had to wait in a line to leave the hotel parking lot for almost 40 minutes, and the second time we arrived it took my husband a literal HOUR to find a spot to park.
That is ridiculous. Curiosity wrote a review Dec Wouldn't stay there again. The hotel is not the worst on the Strip, but not far from it. I reserved and paid for 2 'Deluxe' rooms but only got one Deluxe and a smaller standard room.
After my experience at the front desk not being so pleasant, I didn't want to go stand in line again and fight for the room I paid for.
Not worth it. Parking is hard to get in and out of and very confusing. Not good signage. Previous Next 1 2 3 4 5 6 … Gemma H asked a question Nov Blackpool, United Kingdom 1 contribution.

Rooms are quite small but clean. I didn't find the bed very comfortable and the pillows were awful. Bathroom was small but clean and had everything we needed, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided.
Cleaners were excellent, they done an excellent job every day. Check in and out was fast and efficient. The location is excellent it's right in the middle of the strip and has a monorail station.
We had an issue with our room and we moved without a problem. We were moved to a strip view but it was very loud till late at night but it is Vegas after all.
We had a good stay overall. The room was relatively comfortable and attractively decorated, with nice art work. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I was a bit disappointed that there was no in-room coffee and no clock. I'm also not sure I like the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower as those seem like the could be harbingers of germs.
Veronica, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on our in room amenities. In any case, we are glad you had a pleasant overall stay.

How these new mega resorts will survive after the newness wears off is beyond me. BConnected resorts such as the Orleans, Gold Coast, Main Street Station, California, and Fremont do not charge a resort fee on comped rooms.
Hotels pay commission to booking agencies but do not want to pay the appropriate percentage on the whole deal. In this way the hotels avoid paying a HUGE amount of commission to agents.
Probably, in the case of Vegas that amounts to millions of dollars! I visit times per year. I live on the east coast.
